Welcome to Ducks Deer & Gills Outfitters (“DDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website (ddgoutfitters.com) and purchasing any products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of the Site

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose, and you will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or content.

2. Product Information

We work hard to provide accurate product photos, descriptions, and sizing details.

Because many of our items are printed on-demand, slight variations in color, placement, or material may occur. These small differences are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

When placing an order, you authorize us (and any third-party processor such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled through our production partners (such as Printful).

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or production volume.

Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

DDG is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Order Issues

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

We will replace items at no cost to you if:

The product arrives damaged.

The print is defective.

The wrong item was received.

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem at support@ddgoutfitters.com.
